Doesn't make his attacks always effective, it makes it so that they don't lose effectiveness against opponents the more he uses them, due to the opponent learning how his fighting technique is.

If his technique isn't technically capable of defeating an opponent at the first swing, it never will, but if he could at the first swing, then all further attacks will be at the same level regarding his technique's effectiveness against others.

I was just thinking that Lancer would be damn good aginst Berserker since Gae Bolg uses little mana and he could fire it 12 times damn quickly.
Plus he is probably fast enough to keep out of Berserker's way until he has a good moment to use it
