I'd say the girl on the left is about equal to the girl on the right, but the one in the middle is just fuckugly. I don't know if it's the suspenders, or the fact that her skirt looks like it was fashioned out of a trash bag, but it just looks hideous. I think it depends more on the girl herself and the style of the skirt than just the length alone.

Personally, the sexiest woman I can think of at the moment has a miniskirt, short-sleeved collared shirt, and a tie. Don't ask me why but I think ties can look damn good on some girls.
