But bean paste is just the default for the common Reimu and Marisa. Most yukkuri types all have different tastes.

Yukkuri Tenshi tastes like peaches, Youmu like white chocolate, Yuyuko like sakura mochi, Ichirin like cotton candy, ect.

Elly tastes like bad apple.

Just out of curiosity, if you wouldn't eat them, is it because you like them and they're too cute, or because it seems disgusting?

FYI, features like hats, teeth, ect, all magically melt/become soft edible bun when eaten somehow, so they essentially revert to a fully-edible bun with filling when eaten.

I wouldn't because I suddenly find yukkuri utterly adorable and moe despite ignoring them for two years and thinking of them as one of the worst aspects of the Touhou fandom. However, just like other animals like cows and fish, I might eat them anyways as long as they're cooked properly. No eating living yukkuri screaming in pain and "WHY YOU DO THIS!? MWOMMY!" though
