Is it stated anywhere that kaguya actually hates Moukou?It seems to me that Kaguya just kills her for fun and Mokou takes it too seriously.

Mokou wants to kill Kaguya or at least make her suffer (read: annoy her all the time) so of course Kaguya dislike Mokou.
They may not hate each others as much as in the past, but they can never be friends.

Mokou in Lunatic Cage did develop some kind of relationship with Kaguya where she "felt relieved hearing Kaguya will stay in Gensokyo", but that's it, nothing more.

Kaguya has 99% of not caring about Mokou at all, since she has Eirin, Tewi and Reisen with her.
