weeelll.....lets analyze her relationships with those around her.

Reimu: She killed(defeated) marisa's mentor(paternal figure?). she disliked Reimu for a while. but they became friends after a while. but trouble seems to still be between them which is evident in IN. though in CoLA, they seem to have a decent relationship. But it's mostly Competitive and not anything beyond that.

Sakuya: If sakuya has feelings for anyone, it would be Remilia who took her in and changed her life.

Patchy: Although I love Patchy, and would love to see Patchy X Marisa, I know it probably won't happen. Patchy is a recluse, and her love is for the gain of knowledge and her books. she seems more annoyed with Marisa who keeps taking her books. ( hell I'm annoyed whenever one of my friends even moves books around on my bookshelf.)

Alice: She's gotten extremely close to Marisa over the course of the games. their not competitive and Alice does seem to try and help Marisa a lot, hell she gave Marisa two of her dolls.

Mannosuke, I mean Rinnosuke: although he might not have feelings for Marisa outright, he does care for her. He's worked for her family when she was a child, he made the mini-hakkero in which Marisa uses. he even upgraded it so that it would never deteriorate(he got a sword out of it but in hindsight when she seemed so happy and excited, he thought it would have been better to do the job for free). although he views marisa and Reimu as "Non-customers" he has no quilms over Marisa and Reimu constantly using and taking his stock(though he will try and get an item or payment out of them whenever he can).

I would say it boils down to Alice or Kourin'.
