Let's get back to Episode 1 Tea Party, /jp/. What about these strange cousins + servants that actually were pushing Battler to believe in the witch?
Or, better...what is happening in the tea party anyway? Dead people talking about aleatory things? Because, if a human is actually murdering everyone, then BEatrice and Battler are just wasting time and eating imaginary cookies...

>> No.5196184

Never happened.

Meta world never happened.

>> No.5196193

Or, magic does exist, and Beatrice WOULD exist if everyone believed, but Battler did not believe and the incomplete Beatrice is trying to convince him.

This does NOT, however, mean magic committed the murders on Rokkenjima. Just that someone wants everyone to believe that it did.

If meta world never happened, what about Battler and Beatrice that exists in meta world? Everything that exists in fantasy scenes can be explained by random human/random thing, like the siestas being guns, but what are then these two people talking, eating and marrying?

Why would magic exist in this game? Battler is trying to prove that magic does not exist, there's no reason to magic actually exists

Hanyuu exists even if Takano is the killer

>Battler is trying to prove that magic does not exist

No. You read wrong.

Battler's stance that "magic does not exist" was dismantled in EP3. Battler is trying to prove that ON OCTOBER 4TH AND 5TH, 1984, MAGIC WAS IN NO WAY DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH THE MURDER OF THE RESIDENTS OF ROKKENJIMA. Arguing whether or not magic exists is folly. For this context, we can simply wave off the meta-world and meta-Beatrice as real and magic, for they cannot interact with the murders.

In the tea party, illusions of Battler's cousins and two servants are created by Beatrice to convince Battler that she's a real witch. Of course, Beato doesn't think this will fool Battler, and she merely uses it as an introduction to her game, her goal in which is to have him realize his sin and the truth.

Nothing much to it.

No. You read wrong.

Battler's stance that "magic does not exist" was dismantled in EP5. Then his stance that "I need to find the truth" was dismantled at the end when he did. Battler is only trying to prove that HE UNDERSTANDS THE RULES OF BEATO'S GAMEBOARD AND CAN DEMONSTRATE THEM CLEARLY. Arguing about whether magic happened is folly. For this context, we can simply wave off the magic debate as introduction, for it is taken as read that Beatrice is not a witch and no magic happened..

>What about these strange cousins + servants that actually were pushing Battler to believe in the witch?
Actually, they later were encouraging him to discover the truth.
>what is happening in the tea party anyway?
It's an illusion created by Beatrice.

Well, Maria never lied. "Beatrice" really exists. It's said that 'Beatrice is a title, not just a name of one person', and you can't deny a name, so it actually exists. Also, 'the person with the Beatrice title killed everyone' it's acceptable too.
Battler can deny magic without deny Beatrice

>It's an illusion created by Beatrice.

Then who's the Battler that plays with Beatrice, since all the Battlers are dead in the end of the games? Is he an illusion too?

>> No.5196362

>>5196347
It isn't said that it's a title.

Did someone just said "who are" and "battler"?

He is the Battler from the first game. He is a meta version of his own wills on the gameboard, and technically he does not exist.
