Males don't get lead roles in VNs usually, as you know.
Takehito Koyasu does a few secondary roles.
Hoshi Souichirou has does a few interesting roles.
You have Fukuyama Jun (G-Senjou, Togainu no CHi), and Hikaru Midorikawa in a surprisingly decent appearance in Saya no Uta.

Well, the joke is that your everyday anime male voices are also in VNs.

For example, Tomokazu Sugita and Akio Otsuka as the protag and antagonist in Gekkou no Carnivale, and Daisuke Ono as the protag in Trample on Schatten.

In terms of exclusively working in VNs, there's someone like Atsuya Takizawa(many Liar-soft productions) and Matsuri Atono(Clover Point, Re:).
