Well TG is more just a fetish than a serious plot point, so most TG eroge are going to be nukige. I'm sure with all the eroge out there there's probably one that fits what you're looking for, but it's not translated.

Though really it's hard to say what a man turned into a girl would "realistically" do. It's plausible that the different hormones and neuroanatomy of a female body would cause him to instantly crave dick. Then you get into the whole mind/brain problem. Try X-change Alternative 2, it isn't genderswapping but bodyswapping though which I guess if your fetish is entirely genderswapping you might not like? But the protagonist never goes, "Hey, I'm a girl now! TIME TO BE A SLUT!" One of the routes does have him lezzing out though, but only because the girl he bodyswaps into is actually a closet lesbian and one of the girls she used to have a relationship with kind of jumps him and he mistakenly thinks they're still in a relationship so he thinks he has to play pretend. There was a TG eroge I played a while ago.
Basically the protag keep having dreams of the tragic love story between a woman who looked exactly like him and some guy.
Well after visiting the place he saw in his dreams, he suddenly transformed into a woman.
The surprising thing is that "he" didn't become a slut or whatever, well it's to be noted that he already had a girlfriend.
The first part of the game is made of him hiding the fact that he became a girl (he was already pretty effeminate looking before).

Well long story short there is 2 big routes in the game.
One is a mindless route filled with sex where his friend who is a fat otaku discover he became a girl, you can imagine what happened next.

But the main route is where the protagonist meet a guy who look like the lost lover from his dreams.
Cue love triangle where the protag starts to fall that guy while the girlfriend of the protag try hard to keep him.
