This really isn't on subject but I don't feel like making a thread.
I'm having two kids, one is a boy and the other is a girl. My wife is choosing the boys name and I am choosing the girls name. She choose Chris for the boys name, I was thinking about "Lise" for the girl, it sounds nice with my last name. Is this too dumb? I think it is a pretty nice name.

I actually played it on my notebook using wine under Linux, but when I start the game here it seems just fine, or are there some bugs I'm not aware of? Already reloaded some save states and looked through some endings again without problem.

You sure you have it set up right so it runs under japanese locale? There've been quite a lot people coming here who had that no-text problem and didn't manage to run the game right at all.

Make sure you do everything the readme says, install the font, put the right things in your registry, etc.

Make sure that the installation directory is correct. This is the one part of the install that you, the user, can screw up. The uninstaller leaves behind all created folders + itself.

Things that the Installer Installs
* Essai Font
* New executable - note that this means that the old executable is incompatible with the translation
* A plethora of translation files - includes start menu and desktop shortcuts

Beta version restrictions:
*Message speed is still slow and broken. This can be circumvented by setting message speed to max (instant line display).
*Some lines that were displayed at a fixed speed in the original (for effect or whatnot) had become excruciatingly slow due to the above issue. They're now displayed like regular lines.
*Mid-line script effects (mainly tachi-e changes) were stripped because they broke the awesome word wrapping algorithm.
*The message history is cut off a bit on the right.
*The 'next line' icon is misaligned in NVL mode (who cares).
*RT removed the Ranking modes from the localized .exe for God knows what reason. I've no idea how to bring these back.

Well, the rain gauge doesn't in fact show the quantity of rain, as the rain is just Chris' hallucination. It's related to his emotional state, though. The more "rain" he sees, the strongest are the emotions he's feeling.

While people are answering tech support problems, I have a rather annoying glitch that I've been dealing with. I'm on Phorni's route and whenever I get to a certain part halfway through the route or so the game crashes. I have no idea how to fix this and have pretty much given up on finishing the game, which is rather unfortunate since I'm so close to the end. Does anyone know how to fix this?
