Why does the language in the game change in the game constantly? At first I thought it was only during battles and mission briefings, but now it's being used in dialogs too. Are the writers being lazy?

As far as I know that when they released on PS2, they had to remove them and added new fulfilling genuine content and so this version is just making it on par with the PS2 one. There's supposedly to be another release in the future. Might have it, might not.
