I'm assuming you mean the Eden* situation? If you would have looked at the publicly available logs, the page removal wasn't even done by him, as he wasn't around, but it was completly in line with what the other project members wanted.
Removing those untranslated scripts was also harmless.

I'm not going to comment on his editing. He tends to prefer to localize and rewrite lines in full, instead of just slightly QCing/fixing the translated lines. This makes the text flow better in english, but it's less accurate/weeaboo-friendly than literate translations. It's a matter of taste. Literal translations like Ixrec's work fine for some VNs, and more localized/rewritten translations work fine for other VNs. I think he strikes a fine balance compared to some other editors/translators, but nobody will ever be content with either style - there will always be people wanting very literal TLs, and those that want easy to read, nicely flowing english TLs. I've seen this kind of drama constantly in the fansub scene, so I don't really care to discuss it much more here.
