Lambdadelta = the murderer
Bern = the detective

Lambdadelta "helped" Takano becoming a god since she used murders for this.
But since most of the murders weren't done by her personally, that's why Lambda didn't directly made her a god, as she said in that letter.

Lambda also made Beatrice a witch, the culprit used murders to complete the epitaph to revive Beatrice.

Bern being the symbolization of the detective is kinda obvious.
And the yandere relationship between Bern and Lambda is thus explained.
In a detective story, the detective and the murderer have a special relationship.
A detective can't exist without cases.

And in such stories, what would be better for the culprit that creating a perfect murder, a case that the detective could never solve?
