Good production values
Good character design and development
Fair enough pacing
Decent sense of humor
Really want to like Railgun
All plot points are "someone you vaguely trust betrays the characters your care about and becomes super-ultima-kitten-slaughtering-evil at the drop of a hat." It's a cheap way to get your audience to hate the villain that the plot needs out of convenience.
And eventually, you have a chase scene that would be really awesome if it weren't for the fact that the one doing the chasing is a super-bitch that laughs too much who's inside a robot suit that's inside another, larger robot suit.
That ruined it for me.
