I can't say I'm an otaku, cuz I don't spend a lot of time on anime/manga other than a daily game or 20 of touhou.

I can't say I'm really a weeaboo either cuz my room isn't plastered in anime posters and paraphernalia.

I'm just a NEET/hikki, I think otaku take their hobbies way more seriously than me. I prefer to just take it easy. I'm usually months behind the "trends" that go on here.

I have no anime scrolls on my walls nor any other anime merchandise (DVD, VHS, figurines, etc).

I mostly collect vintage guitars. The only anime related thing I may be buying soon is the Outlaw Star box set.

the only thing i can call my property is my computer, i don't own any merchandise of the otaku medium yet i have all these vns etc installed on it

Depends on one's definition of ``otaku''.
I enjoy japanese media like various kinds of VNs/eroge, anime/OVAs, manga, doujinshi and so on.
Do I have a weeaboo-like room, or would you be able to tell what my interests are by looking at my room? No. Would I randomly talk about my hobbies? Not really, unless someone specifically asked me about things in a very exact manner.
