Kojirou is not stronger than Lancelot , and Kojirou would be tentacleraped by Nrvnqsr since he is just an Anti-Unit Servant, and only Servants with a pretty strong Anti-Fortress or Anti-World Noble Phantasm can kill Nrvnqsr(there are exceptions like Caster since she can just use Rule Breaker to easily kill Nrvnqsr, so they are not on the same level). Not really. Nero can survive for a bit without his Reality Marble active, at least if you take Dawn as somewhat canon. He just begins breaking down and losing control of the composite, so that it becomes true chaos very quickly.

Japan says that Lancelot's power consumption cripples him so even if he is technically more powerful, he generally has poorer end performance. Japan also says that there are more people that Nrvnqsr can't completely defeat until dawn comes than people that Assassin can't beat, hence his position in the ranking.

30% Arc could somewhat represent around 3 average servants, none of the Servants in the fourth heavens feel were average, Gil was in such terms around 5 average servants, F15 Zero Berserker was more or less the most skilled warrior ever, coupled with both Mad Enchantment and modern technology made into noble phantasms.
Saber is Saber equipped with Avalon and together with Excalibur, Arthur truly is the immortal warrior that can cut through anything.
Dark Sakura had support from all the evils of this world and also had infinite mana back-up and given time she can prety much devour the world.

People confuse the fact that she can shallow Servants specifically with her mud as a sign of ALMIGHTY.
Black Saber is a far worse monster to face in comparison.
Compared to Arc, she is much less dangerous.

Do you realize that Gaia always adjusts Arc's power so she can be stronger than her opponent, right? Arcueid's max strength is the strength of 4 average Servants, at 30% she is stronger than Berserker(5th). Against Gilgamesh she gets the power of 2 Servants, since Gilgamesh's firepower = 5 Servants, he is stronger, but Arcueid can easily defeat Beserker(5th), if Saber is weaker than Berserker, then she is no match for Arcueid. Limited output doesn't really matter if you have enough time and that output wasn't that bad either, even without the infinite mana thing that form of her's had reached the level of a Counter Guardian.
