There are japanese words like Seme or Uke, reffering to gayfags - are there also words for lesbians?

Seme and uke don't actually indicate sexuality or gender.

They're also used in martial arts to indicate how techniques are performed.

seme: the one performing the action
uke: the one having the action performed upon them
