OP, you should go to vndb.org if you haven't already. As for the romance, my suggestion is KiraKira for a lighthearted funny plot, or Shuffle! for a more Clannad-esque setting. If you just got into VNs Yume Miru Kusuri is a nice starting VN and got a fair amount of Romance too.
