I see this new single will have an easygoing motif like the last one. They haven't announced the B-side titles yet, but they have said that Type A and Type B versions of the single will be released and each one will have its own B-side in addition to the shared B-side, kind of like they did with Sakura no Shiori. Also, the extra B-side on the Type B version is rumoured to be Majisuka Gakuen-related in some way. Maybe it means a second season in the future?

I've also liked the B-sides more for the past two singles, namely Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara and Enkyori Poster. I like the more upbeat songs.

Anyway, the site I linked also includes some scans I couldn't find on the H!O tracker, including a good deal of the monthly YJ / PB digital photobooks as well as AKB48 No Kaigai Ryoko Nikki, Mizugi Surprise and all the TomoCawaii mooks published so far. The resolution for these last one isn't that good (800 x 1200), but it's still acceptable.
Speaking of AKB48 No Kaigai Ryoko Nikki, I found the girls' handwritten travelogues particularly cute. If your Japanese is good enough you should have a look at it.

You should definitely get it, if nothing else to see the photos in higher resolution: it's one of the best idol-related things to have been printed last year. The book is about one half travelogue and one half photos, for the record, but it's still pretty fun both to look at and read.
On a related note, I ordered it recently as well as I had completely given up any hope that it would get scanned anytime soon. Needless to say, the scans popped up exactly one day after I received notice that my order was dispatched. Oh, well...

It's like 1000 yen cheaper than most photobooks. It costs 1886 yen on CDJapan whereas Acchan's first photobook (which I recently bought a second copy of because my old one is ripped and I'm obsessive about that sort of thing) costs just over 1000 yen more than that.

I'm not sure if AKB48 No Kaigai Ryoko Nikki is just a mook or whatever though and it might be a bit steep if it is, but that never stopped me before.

As for me, I have this one on preorder since it popped up on CDJapan. I'm still debating whether to get the single on release this time around so I'm not actually interested in the Senbatsu election itself, but it's always nice to have another piece of memorabilia in my house.
Anyhow, I see they aren't sparing any expense this year with the campaign. Other than the mook and the usual address videos they are also running a daily featurette on Yomiuri (I think?) newspapers for all I know.
Anything to reach out to the masses, I guess.

Overall it's pretty neat, but since I have never listened to any other Japanese DragonBall EDs before I can't really say how it compares with the original. Anyhow, after giving it a few listens I'd say it sounds alright but it's maybe a little too much soft-spoken. If I must nitpick, more juice surely wouldn't have hurt it.
Also, I have to say that the singers selection was quite interesting this time. I mean, it wasn't so surprising that they decided to go for an all-frontgirls lineup but when I read the list the other day I couldn't help but wonder how putting girls like Takamina and Yukirin in the same group as Mayuyu and Tomochin would've played out. Too many differing vocal ranges, I guess, but in the end the result was quite pleasant.

Speaking of anime, Yuka also did an excellent job with Stargazer last month.
I hate to say it, but she's the kind of girl I would always underestimate. Thankfully, her performance was impressive enough to convince me to start keeping an eye on her.
