If you can "run through a village in the blink of an eye", you clearly must have enough agility to dodge any obstacles (like buildings) on your way through. It would probably be reasonable just to say that Vampires in Gensokyo have "super speed" (fast movement, reaction times, etc).

Also, Remilia would probably be better than Flandre because she has more experience in combat for obvious reasons.
