Also, Suigin's ultimate magic charade was thoroughly debunked in the last debate when his opponent cited Alice's inability to create a living doll (despite the fact that she's been trying to do this her whole life) [1]. The ultimate magic clearly doesn't have the power to create things. Suigin mistakenly thought Shinki had to rely on the ultimate magic to create makai but he forgot the fact that Shinki was a goddess [2].
