体力 is usually health, ie how much damage you can take
筋力 is used in words like "muscles", so it's probably your attack power

It's 技術. The later is almost always read jutsu and comes A LOT in nerdy stuff. Looks bad, but is basically just 行 with ホ in the middle and an extra dot on top.
