How does /jp/ attach their animu posters to their walls? How does /jp/ clean/dust their figures?

Item hygiene general.

I don't have any animu posters or figures.
It's like they clean themselves!

>> No.4814963

I have no posters.
My only model is a single Dreadnought - it does not want for attention.

>> No.4814959

For my figs I take a swiffer dusting cloth and gently go over them. No posters yet, but I'd probably just put scotch tape on the back.

>> No.4814978

Don't have any anime posters or wallscrolls.

Don't have any figurines or merchandise.

Don't have any manga or doujinsoft because I pirate it all.

I guess I clean the spaces they aren't with a light cleaning agent and a cloth.

It's nice having a pretty clean room and desk.

>> No.4814986

I use sticky tack on my posters. Try to get the white kind, or whatever matches your walls. The blue kind is hell to get out when you move posters around.

For figs, I just blast them with my can of compressed air now and again. If it's good enough for my PC, it's good enough for my figures.

>> No.4814989

Plenty of posters from old megami magazines.

My lone Subaru fig is slowly collecting dust. I'll clean her some day

>> No.4814997

My house is a mess, trash everywhere, dirty dishes.
Like a NEET

>> No.4815023

I wipe each figure over with a dry cloth. Tried the air duster method but it doesn't get rid of much really. For posters I mostly have megami ones so I just attach them with clear tape at an angle on the corners. if i ever need to move them, ill probably just cut the tape at the edge of each pic. wish I thought of sticky tack though.

>How does /jp/ clean/dust their figures?

...you're suppose to dust things? I need a way to clean dust off my legos though. Maybe that canned air stuff.

>> No.4815039

Animu posters go on the wall with 3m Command Strips. Really good for putting them up, but you have to be careful when taking them down or you may end up damaging it. Makes me rage when I see pinholes in posters, as there are better ways to put them up.
I Clean my figures by first hitting it with compressed air, then clean it in finer detail with q-tips. Haven't done that in a while, though.

Jesus Christ why haven't I thought of that.

If I had figs I would use compressed air, swiffer clothes, and cotton swabs.

You have dreams where fictional characters tell you to buy shit to prove you love them? Whatever you're on I'll take two.

I collect guns instead of figures. You can use guns, they don't just have to sit around collecting dust.

Well, some of mine do.

The AG-42b is to valuable and finicky to take out much. I only use surplus ammo in it because the gas system is non-adjustable

Custom Agents at that. Wish I had one. Heard from numerous people that they're LP killers. Monstrous tone.

Yeah. The Super 70's pickups in both are to die for. The sounds they emit would make Jesus weep. I've gotten into collecting Greco's as of late. Would love to find a Super Real with Dry-Z's.

At a decent price of course.

No posters, but I've got a few figures. I use compressed air to blow the dust off.

I don't have figures or posters.
I have a plushie and a dakimakura.
I wash it from time to time in a washing machine, not sure how frequently I'm suppose to wash it though. For now I've been doing it like twice every month. The pillow, not the plushie.

>> No.4818816

A strand of tape, rolled into something like a tube with the sticky side out, placed behind the poster along the edges.

Still not sure what to do about figs, I try napkins/tissues etcetera, from time to time but that does not seem to be good for the small cracks..
