This is the second thread where we're discussing dorkiness levels, and I'm not sure there's really a concrete way to do it other than by feel.
I can lock in a couple dorks instantly, that I'm pretty sure most would agree with, the ones I already listed minus some (which would leave us with Renko, Sanae, Kogasa and Youmu), but for the rest, I've no idea how you'd really determine if they're dorks or not. We need a scientific method for this.

Sanae's interest in science is even more prominent than her interest in mecha, I'd say. Her mecha interest gets a whole game, sure, but science is a topic that's mentioned in multiple games and manga, WaHH features it heavily.
She's prideful in that she's wayyyy too overconfident and sure of herself. Ranks herself above Suwako when rating the MoF cast, even, and complains at least twice about how she thinks she deserves to be on the same level as her gods. She definitely doesn't shy away from singing her praises, and she's shown that she really thinks she's superior to some people. (Youkai in general, the other mountain gods...)
Hakurei shrine point is debatable, yes.

Since Eiki lives and works in Higan as part of the Ministry of Right and Wrong, her outfit is simply the uniform expected for her position, and so not at all outside of the social norms. The problem with that approach is that, for instance, Renko's clothes wouldn't be considered strange either if the only comparison you have are Maribel's clothes, but they both have to interact with people who are dressed differently, which would consider them weird. Likewise, most people Eiki interacts with would consider her outfit weird, being unaware of it's context. The comparison with Reimu is not fully apt because Reimu's clothes are more modern than the normal shrine maiden outfit and also because most people in Gensokyo have seen a shrine maiden, on the other hand, they only have one buddhist temple and it's filled with youkai, they know what a Yama is but they only get to see one once they are dead.

None of it clashes or stands out which makes it blend in with the rest of her, and ofuda is hardly the worst thing you can put on something. Just look at her PCB art, smooth! Not like it's covered in flashy ornaments like the Prismriver's and contrasting colors like Doremy's. I concede that the pink variation of her hat can be garish since it's a color that doesn't match with anything and it looks silly.

And failing once doesn't mean she's a jobber, besides, Yukari getting possessed is a Yukari problem. It's not Ran's fault Yukari tells her jack diddly squat about what she's doing. Yukari (MiMi) sending her on a red herring doesn't count either, that's just her doing what she's told by a master she obeys unconditionally under pain of parasol beatings. For the Satori bully, as per rules it doesn't stack, it's fine.

That is true, however a specific count is not really all that possible, but it could balloon up quick and I don't think it's fair to attribute "potential crimes" to the girls; otherwise almost everyone would have "murder" and "eating people" attached. We know Ran does her bidding, but there's little explicit information on her evil doings since ZUN preferred to just have Yukari appear to do stuff over Ran. We're told Yukari does a lot of things but how much of that can be positively attributed to Ran? Best I can recall is SSiB when they go to the moon, but I should recind the bit about breaking and entering as I was remembering her dialogue on what they planned to do and forgot they never actually went anywhere besides bumble around the ocean. Maybe you could replace it with trespassing, but that seems very mild.

All this tells me is that a Yukarifag has some number crunching to do. Am I being unreasonable and deflecting all criticism of Ran and cherry picking appearances? Probably, but she's cute so I'll let it slide.
