I'm aware of that, my point being that it's hard to say that objective morality (Yama's moral stances are absolute, not opinions) species intolerance is a sin, when the same morality says that a terrorizing flower youkai should terrorize humans more.

I do. Because it is not in nor does it have anything to do with the story.

Besides, just as she implores the mighty flower youkai to terrorize humans, she implores the newborn poison doll to lose her hatred of them.

Intolerance fueled by hatred and terrorizing for play and pleasure are different things.

So are volunteering and charity, but both are good (by our standards)

They may be different, but I never said they were the same. My point was that a morality so different from ours is hard to make conjecture about. To say one is immoral is stretching it.

Only Reimu's story was canon in PoFV. In story mode Cirno manages to beat Reimu, Yuka and Sakuya. Clearly they all cant be canon.

Shiki probably gave up on killing Yuka at the end or never really intended to. Her job was to make people reflect on their actions and past, that was probably just something she said to make Yuka think about afterward.
