I just used 1250 level 1 Cirnos versus every enemy spawned at once. They were slaughtered. It was horrific. The spell cards barely helped. I don't know what to say man, I feel like putting up a plaque in memory of the Cirnos massacred today...

Also might want to have backup from a flying type for the AOE damage.

You can do this trick where you buy a bunch of cheap units, level them up to like level 5 I think it was, and then alternate between leveling and selling enough to get enough money to level again, until the sell value maxes out, then you sell all the remaining units and you'll end up with a shitload of money. The unit you farm to do this trick will be really expensive to buy back, but if you use the money on other normal units you can easily amass a huge army. If you do this right you can get really really far in endless mode.

Tower defense is REISEN.

I've done Lunatic tower defense with just Reisens and like 4 Tewis thrown in for luck.

Reisens when upgraded have AOE, and most importantly that Chaos effect FUCKS the AI. (Tewi's Luck effect makes Chaos activate more often for any Reisens within like 6 units of her.)

Dear god you weren't kidding. All you need is Reisen, which is practically true for non TD mode as well. Since there's no way for the enemy to fight there's no need for a wall of melee to protect her she just eats everything. And she gets +11 attack each upgrade, far better than the other girls who get +8.

Sure I miss how cheap medicine is and I opted for Pierce rather than flight with Remilia and Shikieiki but everything was unnecessary. I could have done this with Reisen alone.

The highest scores I've gotten on TD involved fielding a team of about 30-32 Reisens and 4-6 Yuyuko's. The goal is to get Reisen to level 6 (when her AOE expands) as fast as possible.
