Hard to say. Here's a number of possibilities:

1) Her body "dies". Over the course of however long it takes for a full regeneration (hours, days?) the rest grows back. She remains unconscious in the meantime.

2) Her head "dies". Same as above except in reverse.

3) Her whole body "dies". Her old body disintegrates and she is "born" anew over some period of time.

It seems to make the most sense to treat this like the BESM rules: "regeneration" is separate from "reincarnation", and if Mokou receives so much damage as to utterly destroy her, she can't "regenerate", and thus must "reincarnate".

Well, if the concrete/ice is tight enough, she'll have no air to burn. If she can create fire from a distance, make sure the sealment block is large enough that the outside is beyond her reach.

Mokou has had over a thousand years to study magic. Furthermore, she's not a Youkai with some fire-specific attribute. She most likely just *prefers* fire magic, and is not in any way limited to it.
