Well. It's an interesting idea and a not so bad spoof/parody, but still...
It just won't work and I can't see myself having fun with this.

I haven't explained the gameplay yet. The game stars Momiji and Aya. The setting is Youkai Mountain. The gimmick is an Okami-esque paint brush that allows the player to paint certain bullets. The player starts off with a primary and secondary colour. The primary colour is the default and the secondary colour becomes active during focused movement. (Kind of like that Azumanga STG.) Depending on what colours you have will make you invulnerable to certain bullets/colours. You can change your primary and secondary colours by collecting a certain item reminiscent of the UFOs in Touhou 12. The big difference between this game and the previous games in the series is that this time around the danmaku (projectiles) paint the backgrounds. The colour trails that are left behind by said danmaku may (or may not) be harmful to the player — depending on their primary and secondary colours.

The game borrows heavily from MS paint. For instance, in character select Momiji A has 'airbrush' and 'ellipse' set as her shots. Likewise, her spellcards have similar (MS paint inspired) names such as eraser and bucket. Because the game's engine was built with colour collision it's possible to have mazes/walls in the background that either limit where the players are able to travel or harm them.

So Ikaruga meets Okami meets Touhou. Works for me.
Why Aya and Momiji though? They don't seem to have much to do with painting and colors.
Not that I'm complaining.

I got inspiration for the game when I was playing Okami. Momiji = White wolf Tengu.

Okami (i.e., Amaterasu) is the goddess of the sun. Tiangou is said to be a creature that devours the sun. Tiangou is also the word that Tengu was derived from. With that said I believe the name of Tiangou is/was justified.

Okami made me realize that most PS3s don't play PS2 games.

I like the idea and it seems like you could go a lot of different directions with it, it could be traditional if the tails on the bullets disappeared rather quickly, or more like a quickly moving maze/puzzle game if they stayed for a long period of time and you had to wait for something else to paint a path for you to travel, and destroying the objects creating paint could be essential or detrimental depending on the upcoming patterns.

I think it's a cool idea, OP. I'd play it.

Protip: if you are really going to post a thread on 2chan at least make sure to attach a short but articulated description in Japanese.
Don't act like the Japanese posters on 4chan, who drop just a couple of links to pages in a foreign language and expect people to spontaneously spark some kind of discussion. You'll be ignored just like we ignore those kind of posters.
