Ever since niconico came back from the ransomware shit, I haven't been able to see any comments on it.
Have they not re-implemented them yet or am I just gaijin-banned?
If the latter, is there anything I can do about it other than getting a VPN?

Of course I did that already, that was always the trick in old niconico so I know about it, can't you see from my screenshot that the UI is already in Japanese? That button doesn't even exist anymore in the new layout...

I found the button on the home page.
Why does it still say English even though everything is obviously Japanese??
