Read Planetarian and True Remembrance. Avoid Chaos;Head like the black death. Give Saya no Uta a shot (it's not for everyone) and don't read Chaos;Head. Tsukihime is a good bet since you didn't list it. Play Kira Kira. And don't play Chaos;Head. You should probably like ONE if you liked Clannad.

Chaos;Head was a terrible game. So much potential in the first half of the game and then it all gets tossed out the window.

I'd suggest watching the Kanon 2006 anime instead of reading it, though it does have flaws here and there it stays true really well. My only complaint about the anime was a slight undermining of Amano from Makoto's route.
