The KISSx### series is mostly all kissing scenes. I'm not sure whether you'd consider them 'good' or not but they're certainly quite detailed / descriptive / long.

Hmm. Bumped for world justice.

I can think of a few games with some hot kisses. Muramasa (Nitro+) has a good one with Ichijo in her route (best route in the game IMO) and also one with Otori in her route (shit route IMO) with a full-body pose, whereas Ichijo's was the classic head-profile.

Yoppi's kiss (more like mouth-rape) in Tsuyokiss (Candy Soft). This is another head-profile scene but it actually made me hard. Yanderes are superior.

Most kiss action by far goes to one of the best VNs ever made, Kimi ga Nozomu Eine (Age). Lots and lots of kiss scenes, but these are almost all first-person views of the heroine puckering up for a clossup shot and the kiss voices. You get some of that from the MuvLuv games as well.

Another game which does it in the Age first-person method is G-Senjou no Maou (Akabeesoft). He opening scene in the finale was all sorts of fuckwinn, best kiss scene that never happened :) Game would have ruled hard if it ended right there.
