The feat for Diabolic Brute kind of sucks, since your Infernal Wrath becomes a crappy (for a daily) daily power. It's a waste of a feat, so go pick up something else.

Infernal Wrath gives you a bit more damage each encounter.

The Diabolic Brute transformation gives you an extra 2[W] damage boost daily, Regen 4 for one encounter a day(invaluable for a tank), +2 damage on all rolls during that encounter, +1 to bloodhunt, even more fire resistance, and even when the transformation isn't on, if someone scores a critical hit against you, you get +2 to hit them until the end of the encounter.

Infernal Wrath gets kind of boring, and is nowhere near as strong as this. And there's no feat that makes Infernal Wrath as awesome as this.

See above, Wrath of the Crimson Legion. You don't need to take Virtuous Strike any more AND you get a close burst 5 sanction. Diabolic Brute is still a daily, which is crap.
