Recently got tickets to her concert in Japan through a lottery. I expected it to be extremely hard to do from overseas but it was actually pretty easy. Teams are formed between vocalists and producers (sometimes adding illustrators, etc). Not necessarily vsingers. Often (but not a requirement), there will be a vocaloid version posted on the producer's channel. A lot of times vocaduo is used for up and comers, rather than established artists. But there is nothing preventing established artists from participating. Sou is one of the bigger names who usually participates. Picrel is Sou and Yupsilon's team for this year.
