You should focus on avoiding any and all Umineko-related threads, the anime, and any other possible spoiler sources at all.

Also, try not to fall asleep. For some reason, Umineko is the most effective sleeping medicine I've ever tried. I started reading over a year ago, and I'm still on episode 4.

The only thing that truly supports it is in ep 6. Otherwise, it's just a guess from the fact both Shannon and Kanon being the only two to have a lot of contact with Beatrice accompanied by the fact that Jessica has been disproven to be Beatrice. Before episode 6 you could always take it that either Kanon or Shannon is Beatrice and the other knows and communicates with Beatrice regularly.
