If I've learned my Japanese properly, murissu is basically muri, that is "impossible", and "'su", which is just a pretty guy kind of way of saying desu.

If you play, for example, Tokimeki Memorial : Girl's side (now I don't know why you would, but it's the only good example I can think of), the underclassman played by Kappei Yamaguchi (Usopp, L, etc) ends most of his sentences with "ssu". As does Sasahara in Genshiken, at least for a while as far as I know.

It's not really that rude, I guess, but for a middle-aged man to talk to his boss like that... No no, dame da.

Haha! A lot of people may not know this, but what the woman's doing around 5:00 (she's doing the "Come over here" kind of thing with her hand) is REALLY rude in Japan. It's what you do for dogs and other animals, you have to turn your hand upside down and be "gentle" in the motion for Japanese people to make the same connection.

And showing your hand in the face of anyone is always a bad idea if you want to make a social connection.

I'm a linguistics major and I speak 3 languages after many years of study. Just because you don't have an education isn't a reason to hate people who study the fine intricacies of the human language.
