Normally a more condensed player model pack is provided alongside the week's maps. The latter would have everything I provide for certain, but a lot of extra crap you'd have to sift through to find the model you want to use. Also, it takes longer to download and takes more space.

Don't forget that you can turn any image into a spray with these sites:

https://tempdecal-conv.pages.dev/
It's probably better to use smaller res images but who knows really. Also maybe set the generated spray file as read-only too. If it doesn't work at first, deleting the "custom.hpk" file in the /svencoop directory and restarting the game did the trick for me.
