Note: This is pretty extensive, so my apologies for the "TL;DR" nature of this post.

Part 1: It all started with a male homosexual pornographic film called "Muscle Fantasies #3: Workout". It all started with two men by the names of Billy Herrington and Danny Lee. It all started when these two wrestled each other in the film, and where only one would be left standing!

Imagine watching a foreign comedy show. While you may not understand what the people/actors are saying exactly, you might do with filling in the words and have fun with it.
That's exactly what the denizens of Nico Nico did.

Nico Nico Douga, also known by some as the Japanese YouTube, developed a meme (like they attempt to do everyday). I do not know the details, but they stumbled across a video called "Muscle Fantasies #3: Workout". Even though it was in English, they somehow transformed it into something much more than a male homosexual pornographic film.
