It's nice to see the crown prince, but I feel like Mamizou and Suika might be off on guessing her motive.
If Miko wanted to hog the spotlight she'd do it shamelessly, but she seems rather subdued by her standards.
Depending on what her cheating technique is it might just be a method of sharpening a skill or two of hers, or a form entertainment.
Miko is probably not fond of gbling like Byakuren is so she could also be trying to undercut the legitimacy and shit down the gambling den and Suika and Mamizou could be walking straight into her trap.
Either way since plans announced usually fail I'm inclined to believe Suika and Mamizou won't come out spotless.

I have to assume that they just picked a bunch of random things for it, because it just doesn't seem to make any financial sense to translate lotus eaters (and not even write touhou anywhere, so it's literally just titled lotus eaters with no explanation)
plus kadokawa only lets you see three pages of the preview (none of which will have dialogue because it's always the cover, a blank page, and the chapter title) so you can't even gauge the translation quality without buying it
