Seriously, you guys are fucking stupid.

The match would probably be a draw because:
1. To use "Unlimited Blade Works" It requires that a spell be chanted. Since the two of them fight at melee distance, it would be very difficult to perform.
2. Since both of them are human, they're (believe it or not) on about on an equal playing field. Considering that Shirou's swords are projections, they will undoubtedly have flaws which result in the lines of death becoming visible. But, Shirou can recreate as many swords as mana permits while Shiki can only keep his eyes strained for so long.
3. No shikifags, Nanaya mode won't kick in. Shirou is human.
4. Yes Shiroufags, unlimited blade works can be destroyed. UBW is just a reality (environment) contained within a barrier, so Shiki can kill it (Reread Ciel's route).

I can imagine the fight now! Two guys with no real strategy rushing head on at one another. Projecting swords over and over again just to have the lines cut, meanwhile both brains are pulsing, their lungs screaming for oxygen, they want to regurgitate blood. The fight goes on for about five minutes before Shirou is out of mana and Shiki is lying on the ground with his brain pounding in his skull like a piston.

tl;dr they're both human and both fight at melee distance using weapons of about the same length. One can kill things instantly and one can create things instantly. A battle of "LUL I KILLED UR SWORD" "LUL I GOT ANTOHER ONE."

Shiki vs Shirou: Too easy. Shirou sees Shiki treating a girl like shit, shoots him through the chest with a broken phantasm. Nuff said.

Arcueid Vs Shirou: Arc would be mad that she lost her boy toy, would immediately attack Shirou. Shirou, after having three vived dreams the past few nights(FSN, UBW, HF) would eventually find all the information of his dreams stored in his brain. He would counter Arc once, then again, faster and faster until he cuts her arm off with Caliburn. His mind is spinning with all the information of the servants; he next counters with Enkidu, then with Gae Bolg. A burst in mana erupts from Shirou, as he begins to believe in his fate. He wields duel Excalibers now, and rides on Pegasus. Arc finds her body being slowly eroded away by his might. She feels an emotion she has never felt before: pure fear. And she gives in. She lets her urges take control. She begins her Reality Marble. Suddenly Pegasus is dead, one of the Excalibers splintered to dust. But Shirou holds on. Grasping his chest, he feeds on the information past the boundary. And then, Ea. With it comes a mental flash through the life of Gilgamesh and the bitter words "You are the only one worthy to lend." Shirou lets out a battle cry, turns the world inside out, and transforms Ea into a bow. With the transformation the reality marble is struck and destroyed, with the echo of a million gongs. Shirou then transforms his remaining Excaliber into a broken phantasm, and lets loose at Arcueid. She ceases to existed.

Shirou is on his way to controlling the Will of the True Hero.

Shirou can trace WEAPONS. Arc`s nature power and Shiki`s eyes aren`t weapons. They`re skills\powers. And Shirou can 'trace' them only if they`re 'bound' to the weapon he`s tracing.

The more Shirou knows about a weapon, the more probability he has to accurately trace it.

Tracing is normally a useless skill. It's a lot easier to reinforce an already existant object, tracing wastes more mana and the copies are normally a vague reproduction of the shape and material, not the function. Shirou's tracing skill is so powerful because he doesn't just memorize the shape and function of a weapon, he evaluates everything about the weapon (why it was conceived, what was used to create it, the way it was forged, the experience it has had, the decay...).

From a fictional weapon, you can only interpret its function. Even if the base materials used are listed in the literature, since it's a fictional work, there's no way to know if such materials can produce a weapon with such functions. Even if the fictional weapon is accurately described, that's infinitely useless before a true weapon.

Something with a concept so vague as The Dark Star Weapons cannot be accurately traced because of those limitations. Their shape can be reproduced, yes, but its function would be impossible to recreate.

He can trace any object, but with objects other than swords, he can only trace their shape (they end up missing any internal components).

His tracing ability is specialized in swords, though. He can accurate trace any sword only by seeing it.
