This is going to turn into a canon Gensokyo/Grimsokyo argument, but short version: It depends on the person. Human villagers would most likely adore me and, assuming they could find somebody to translate my speech, would probably ask me questions me for however long I decide to stay in Gensokyo. Most youkai would just kill and eat me. At best they might interrogate me for some information before they do so. I doubt most fairies or gods would care, though some of them might lead me to safety.

Try to set up baking and agriculture. In headcanon world Yukari would gap me yeast and flour but I doubt she'd be so kind.
Frantically try to transpose and teach classical masterpieces from memory. Even if I can't find any instrument, there will still be singing.

I'm not sure how much I'd actually seek out youkai. I like a good amount of them but like what am I gonna do, walk to the dark blowhole and chat up Yamame and venture into old hell to see Yuugi?

It's really easy to survive even in Canonsokyo. Convince Yukari that you'll be her friend and you immediately have one of the most influential people in Gensokyo on your side, from there you just want to figure out a way to defend yourself from the mob youkai that are actually likely to attack you because they're too stupid to understand the repurcussions of killing the Gap Hag's new 2nd best friend.

She literally had Akyuu write in the Gensokyo Chronicle for people to be nice to her. We're talking about the single most desperate woman in Gensokyo, who canonically is only a little better than how fanon likes to depict Kanako in that regard. You would just need a non-negative charisma modifier and you're good to go, not to mention that she's almost sure to know english as well, since that was her original language.

I can't speak Japanese so it'd be mutual confusion. But let's say I did, then I would possibly amount to something. Even between Reimu, Sanae and Marisa, at least one of them would be friendly. That's not accounting for other characters who will likely show hospitality. Alice would have no real reason to dislike me if I came across her, at worst she wouldn't give a shit about me. If I learned even a bit of magic it'd generally take me far. In short, I'd be normal, but with potential gateways to slightly bigger importance.
