Of all the ones I could've gotten, I get the one thing that is the exact opposite of my fetish.
It makes a good anti youkai weapon, so maybe I could make some money off of extermination, but other than that I don't see much use beyond vandalism and tomfoolery. It's definitely not the most specialized, but the fact that it can't be seen outside of reflective surfaces even by people that can see Stands is definitely a perk. The biggest "weakness" would really just be the lack of reflective surfaces in Gensokyo outside of the small number of developed areas, but there are easy enough ways to deal with that, such as coins.

The rules for visibility of Stands and how that would interact with a place like Gensokyo is weird. Most spirits of various sorts would probably have the best odds, followed by anyone with an ability that allows them to see things that others can't like Yukari's ability to see boundaries. Given that Stands are projections of the soul, and not the soul itself, and I don't think any direct parallel exists in Gensokyo, aside from those two categories and characters like Reimu with very good intuition, I'd think most probably wouldn't. Even then, I'd avoid getting your Stand hit by anything like Youmu's swords.

Jotaro may be an outlier but he was able to hold it for longer when the road roller was thrown at him. It definitely seems like it takes some real desperation to go beyond though, so 5 is probably the most sustainable level for most people without extenuating circumstances.

This is decent but misses the mark on how KC actually functions, because Epitaph is crucial to it. What's observed with Epitaph is set in stone, the "Time Skip" is just from other peoples' perspective, because what it actually allows you to do is defy the fate Epitaph creates, which is why you can't generally interact with the world you disconnect yourself from. In a weird way, it and Love Train are probably the closest any Stand Ability gets to Fantasy Heaven. Remilia's Ability, if she ever actually developed it to truly manipulate fate, would get hard-countered by it. Toyohime and Yukari's Abilities, given that Cage explains that the former's are based on quantum mechanics and the implication that the latter's are as well, could also potentially be interfered with to a lesser extent.

I do not think Jotaro went over 5 either. I think that stopping time yourself and being conscious in stopped time are different things. You only spend your own time stop if you decide to act during it. DIO stopped for 10, but then Jotaro used his extra 5 at end and beat him.

Think about it, his healing power is essentialy making something go back in time to a state it was before, it would make sense to him to make everything turn back into a state it was before if the stand somehow evolved or got a power up. Just like how the stand who explodes everything can go back in time by exploding time itself.

Stands are a projection of fighting spirit and strong wills, they're inherently spiritual and therefore should be able to inflict the spiritual damage necessary to kill a non-human.
Granted that's still a really bad idea if you don't have a back-up plan, a way to avoid getting caught, and powerful friends to bail your ass out of the fireplace.

Most of their effects seem pretty physical though, KQ also never made a stand blow up so it might not work that well, or be hella broken.

On the other hand, Stone Ocean had Zombie Ghosts and SBR's Infinite Rotation "applies gravity to the soul," so there's definitely at least some examples of things that can be used, even if they aren't Stands.

Thinking on that, though, Sendo and the Spin are more versatile for a setting like Touhou than a lot of Stands.
