The thing is that Sayless' extra scenario originally wasn't in the original PC98 release (or even in the Saturn one), and these extra things (CG gallery, Eriko's Minigame etc.) came on some separate SP Disk. Of course the poorly engineered windows port released few years later didn't bother trying to add Sayless' story into the main timeline either unfortunately.
Thankfully those involved with the translation project indicated they'll intend implementing her scenario just before the timeskip.

Saturn release has great unique CGs too.
