It was not only the sin itself, but the intent behind it, and that intent made his sins all the more monstrous. Not only that, but every action that anyone he managed to corrupt also added to his list, making it even larger.

She just wanted to send him to hell straight away, but that's not the lawful way of things, she has to tell every single sin before taking final judgement.

Are you a Kasenfag or trying to play up the evil judge? She was blatantly malicious, no way around that. She enjoyed what she did, which was murdering and eating thousands before converting them into her slaves. And again, Kaku Siega's abortion count...she would probably be friends with Holden showing him all the ways to kill an infant as he takes notes.

That is very messed up and probably is the worst form of evil, but there's plenty of characters like that in fiction. Hell there even ones who are literal embodiments of evil itself. There's also entities like that in east asian myth. Eiki isn't getting shocked but she probably doesn't come across someone like him very often so i imagine she would be very glad to throw him into the worst buddhist hells for like a trillion years or something. Oh and Eiki isn't exactly perfect herself, being that she's a pretentious moralfag that ironically takes bribes...
