Suika will dismiss your concerns with an "it is what it is" attitude, shift the blame onto something else and distract you with alcohol and sex.
Yuugi is one of the best friends to have and knows when to have a serious conversation, but isn't so good at giving advice because she's never dealt with things that can't be solved with fighting or drinking.
Kasen is wise, reasonable, gives sound advice and always pushes you to improve, but can come off as nagging and is a hypocrite herself who might give you too much leeway regarding certain things.
