Certainly not yet. Don't know if it ever will (since they took away the netplay option from the title screen a while ago), but I can't imagine netplay in this pre-alpha build would be too entertaining for long.

For those having problems running the game:
Try following these steps:
1. Install/ReInstall the game
2. Install the file "dxwebstup.exe"
3. Install the file "xnafx31_redist.msi"
Both of them should be included with the game folder (or rar file)
4. Download The latest patch and install it.
5. Run the game.

Synopsis -
Working main menu, select GP, select Cirno/Daiyousei, drive into a tree, appear in Nitori's workshop, drive laps for Nitori as not implemented powerups gradually become available as you drive. Realize that nothing else happens after 5 laps, hit Alt+F4 to quit.

tl;dr It's a prototype, haters. IT'S A PROTOTYPE!!
