- !!!!! There is a bug in some viewers that causes battle damage to not immediately show up on the viewer's battle statistics screen. Make sure to LOOK AT YOUR SHIPS after a battle so you do not sink your girls !!!!!
- After several gomens the early Spring 2024 even "Operation Tatsumaki" has started. All 3 MO + 1 EO maps are now available.
- There are 4 new ships available: Heian Maru (E2+E3 Drop), I-36 (E1+E2Drop), Drum (E3 Reward), and I-41 (E4 Reward)
- The 3 limited time Valentine's quests are still available. Limited time quests 2307 B1 + B2 are also still available.
- February ranking rewards have been distributed. They are the Seiran (631 Air Group) +4, Prototype Seiran +4, 14cm Twin Gun Mount Kai Ni +7, 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount + 25mm Machine Guns Additions +7. There will be a new quest at some point to convert a Prototype Seiran to a Seiran (631 Air Group).
- The Seiran (631 Air Group) now has weak AA resistance.
- As of mid October 2023 The terms and conditions for the DMM games platform have changed. After 1 year of inactivity games on the platform will have the right to delete your account information if they wish to. Bigger ships have rammed submarines and have had to scuttle themselves. Almost every ram I know of damages both sides.
Ramming was pretty much discouraged by everyone past the mid war. Escort ship captains were given the go ahead for ramming submarines only under "extenuating circumstances" but as far as I know most navies told their captains to fuck off with fixing bayonets.

E3-1 is tougher version of E2-2. I haven't been able to beat it yet. But I'm using roughly the same fleet. Might have to consider some changes

I got the kill with 3 subs all stacked with torps in the first 3 slots, each one doing 200-300~ damage, last sub had two tanks which sealed the deal. Took two tries, first try all my subs were chuuha, so I never got to test the refresh but I'm 99% sure that's the case.

As a newbie, is it recommended to progress and unlock maps asap or should I try to complete a map given quests before moving on? E3 and E4 have the most mid rewards. E4's biggest difficulty seems to be the routing and preboss nodes in general, bosses seem easy to nuke down.
Same with E3 I guess. The final boss is simple enough, if you can get there with your subs intact that is.

E3 done with. E3-1 and E3-3 both took ~20 runs each to do the gauge and LD but 3-1 felt 'difficult' while 3-3 felt annoying. In 3-1 there was touch, cvci, and cutins for doing good damage to the boss and there was a bit of excitement each time they targeted the boss. On 3-3 it just felt like you had to get AS touch in order to get the kill. There were multiple LD attempts there I arrived with 2 subs chuuha, subs getting chuuha'd during opening and chuuha'd during shelling. The chuuha's from oasw felt especially bad as runs was basically over at the start even though you survived the route. Eventually got my 1st touch on a red-T and got the kill.

Also wow, there's a lot of subs dropping here.
