Someone help. Im trying to follow this guide on day 4, using the anki deck https://github.com/donkuri/Kaishi/releases/
But contrary to the guide it neither starts with する nor does it have pictures.
Ive used core2k on another profile using the same kanji so that might be the issue. Also checking the github page itself it does not have a previous public release, and it apparently was updated 2 days ago

近 ちか means "close" or "near". Sometimes there are words that use it to mean "near to" or "close to" something.

For example, 身近 kinda means "familiar" or "close to one's self or culture". Its usually used to describe something being "at home" or something you "fit into".

yeah if by "learned" you mean the anki term for graduating a card from the learning phase. i could "learn" the entire new moe deck today too.
also learning your first 1k words is obviously going to take longer than the second 1k, and so on. and if you mine like a retard then later half of your cards can be words you basically already know from knowing other words and you can inflate your stats easily
