What Touhou fangame is underrated in your opinion?

I tried Mystia Izakaya and it's a great game with cute artstyle albeit a bit repetitive. Touhou Monster TD is good too. Also good is Touhou Gensou Wanderer.

Tenjou no Tempest doesn't get enough love methink. It's a typical platforming/beat'em up kind of game otherwise, but the boss battle really goes hard.

Gensou Shoujo Taisen. It's not underrated at all across the border but here in the west it might as well just not exist, despite the first game getting a finished translation. Complete Box never fucking ever ;_;

Fantasy maiden wars is supposedly good. But I'm too smoothbrained to install it right.
TPDP is pretty good. The shard of dreams expansion is standalone and an improvement on the base game. It helps if your favorite 2hu is someone good.
