I see three possibilities for DS.

-Only the characters since MoF are featured. Good chance of Tenshi getting featured. This has been the norm lately.

-The important characters dating back to EoSD are featured. Low chance of Tenshi getting featured.

-ZUN does something unprecedented. Either he goes all out and does a massive cast game in a greater size than IN, or he has a few returning main characters as he introduces a new cast just for this game.

Considering one of the preview shots has Shizuha Aki in it (for Stage 1-5), I think including only the characters from MoF onwards is a safe bet for what'll happen. It's possible ZUN might include characters from before MoF that missed out on StB though, like Mystia and the Prismriver Sisters.

I'll believe it when I see it. The preview shots have only shown new characters so far (Shizuha, Nitori, and Shou). And if the 6 scenes in Stage 1 are taken up by the Aki sisters, that'd only leave 34 for the entire cast of MoF, SA, and UFO.
