Usually, Alstroemeria Records would be the first thing I'd recommend, but I know that you're not a really a fan of that circle. Still, if you haven't listened to Minoshima's older albums, "DANCEFLOOR COMBAT" or "The Garnet Star", give it a try. He took a more vocal/j-pop approach with his newer releases, which is a bit of a shame, because his older stuff is nothing but full instrumental remixes. He arranged almost all the Touhou tunes, windows and pc-98, so I can't blame him for trying something different for a change. His music got me into Touhou arrangements in the first place, so I might have nostalgia goggles on, but he did some amazing stuff in the past.

Lix/Levo Lution/Trance Shift is another one of my favorites. He released an outstanding album at C76, "Skyrise". "Knights of Round - Knights of Round" is also worth mentioning. He did a collab with rute, as Sync, contributing an incredible MoF arrangement there. His older releases consist of remixes of Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy series, Seiken Densetsu, UT'99, Tsukihime and many other titles. I highly recommend "Earthlight" for starters.

EastNewSound is a top-notch circle if you're looking for some vocals that go along with trance music.

ShibayanRecords - キセキ☆インパルス Emotional Feedback as well as some of his older work is also worth checking out.

IZMIZM composed some great tracks. "Co;eternal" is especially good, lots of high quality stuff.

BubbleRecords' "Reel" contains some nice trance arrangements.

Tsukasa/Sound Online's "Blaze", "Blue Constellations" and "Starry Sequence". It's oldie, but goldie.

DDBY recent albums if you're looking for a fresh jazz-step approach. "Touhou Synthesis 3" for instance.

That's all I can think of right now. There are some great tracks like Sound Holic - Requiem For A Nightmare from "SOUND HOLIC MEETS TOHO ~東方的紅蓮烈火弾~", which is hands down my favorite electornic Septette remix or ziki_7 - Sword Dance!! from "羽っ鳥もさく共和国 - SIDE OPUS - Hard Tracks Side", but it's rather pointless for me to list all of the individual tracks. I'd probably spend all day doing it.

I might as well throw in Delights Music. It's not Touhou related, but check out "Trance & Progressive Original Side vol.1". It's absolutely mind blowing.
