It's not a power to ever be used haphazardly, given that it's such a high-tier power that easily blows up in your face.

Her power does not work in direct opposition to her words. Sagume never said that the moonies relocation plan "will succeed"; she simply talked about it and then proclaimed that it will fail.

It's easier if you picture that the uncertain future is a bunch of branching paths. The original path is the one where the plan will succeed, but that got closed off thanks to Sagume, leaving it to fail. But then it was uncertain *how* it would fail which is why it was a gamble on her part.
Maybe Junko or Heca gets to them before they can relocate, maybe some technical difficulties caused them to move to the impure real world, maybe something blows up, etc. It was a stroke of good fortune that the culprits got beaten, thus the plan never came to be (which by the way was what she said instead of explicitly saying it failed).

So back to the anon, if the power was invoked and the path of him failing was closed off, there are chances of either succeeding or not-failing happening, and even then there's no telling *how* either of those plays out. Thus him getting into an accident, never taking the exam, and therefore not failing the exam, is a possible future.

This anon >>45772052 does bring up a good point tho. If not attending the exam = failing then it probably won't happen, so that anon can rejoice that he will be unharmed.

It's no problem. Lady Sagume has a dedicated moon rabbit servant who sleeps with her and makes sure she's always in a comfortable position, using his own body as a support and a pillow.

Ran is sometimes depicted with blue eyes. They change them so they match better with their outfit. I'm not too much of a fan of that since it loses all context when they are in a different outfit or wear their birthday suit. At least purple eyes can make sense since it's an adjacent hue, and in the context of that image the background is dominated by blue-pink tones.
